Returns and Refunds Policy

EMSTIGHT is a trading brand of JZamz Ltd, company registration number 16184044. This policy explains how to request a return or report a problem with an EMSTIGHT order. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Changing your mind

We offer 30 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return for eligible unused, sealed items. This voluntary 30-day window is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory cancellation rights. To start a cancellation or return request, contact us through our contact page or at support@emstight.com and include your order number.

Please return eligible items unused, in their original condition and packaging. We may make a deduction from a refund only where the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The right to cancel may not apply to goods sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, misdescribed or damaged.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and, where helpful, clear photographs. We will assess the issue and explain the available resolution.

Return postage and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we state otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide appropriate return or resolution instructions. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law after receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, as applicable. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Safe use

Please follow the instructions and precautions supplied with your EMSTIGHT device. If you experience discomfort or have a product concern, discontinue use and contact us before using the device again. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
