This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with EMSTIGHT, a trading brand of JZamz Ltd, company registration number 16184044.

United Kingdom delivery

We offer Free Standard UK Delivery. The delivery estimate shown for the United Kingdom is 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International delivery

We currently make delivery options available to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom. The delivery service, charge and estimated delivery window available for your destination are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, those charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Order updates and tracking

We will send order updates to the email address provided at checkout. Where tracking is supplied by the delivery provider, the tracking information will be included in the dispatch or delivery notification.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or has not arrived within the delivery window shown at checkout, please contact us promptly through our contact page or at support@emstight.com. Please include your order number and relevant details so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
