These Terms of Service apply to your use of the EMSTIGHT website and your purchase of EMSTIGHT products. EMSTIGHT is a trading brand of JZamz Ltd, company registration number 16184044, based in Brighton, United Kingdom.

Orders and product information

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change from time to time. We take reasonable care to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary with your device. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where pricing, availability or payment information is clearly incorrect.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and are confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout. Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for your destination. For United Kingdom orders, our current standard service is Free Standard UK Delivery with an estimated delivery window of 4–8 business days. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information.

Returns and statutory rights

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request a return, cancellation or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
